Our Crew

When Chef Jeremiah Leighton came on board at Admiralty Lounge, he immediately brought his enthusiasm and joy for delicious food with him but his secret weapon is the unconventional approach he brings to putting flavors together. For Chef Jeremiah, there is no rule above the mandate to make our offerings as delicious as possible, and if that leads to unconventional places, all the better! We are so lucky tp have him and hope you'll come try his offerings soon!
When we set sail on the journey of The Admiralty, we knew we would need an experienced hand on the rudder who spoke our crazy shorthand and shared a passion for spectacular experiences. As many of you have already learned, Kat is that and much more; a veritable point of intersection on the paths of excellence and sass. Many of the menus favorites are her creation: The Cork Leg, The Wellerman, Dogfish Catfight and more leap from her mind to your glass. If you haven't had a chance to say hello, we'd say there's no time like the present!

Morgan McHugh

Morgan McHugh boldly pens his own entry in the decades-old folk-americana songbook. Powerful vocals that cut to the bone. "I write from the heart and I really think about what I'm writing," he notes. "There's a real ebb and flow to the process. For the past few years I've spent the summers on fishing boats in Alaska, and when I don't have cell service and I'm really off the grid I have a lot of time to think. It is when the creative process really gets rolling." McHugh's songs come from a deeply personal perspective; clean, honest and dripping with truth.

Russell Thompson

My first memories of life originate in Brooklyn, New York, and by the time I was ten years old, we had moved back and forth across the country 3 times. I have been a traveler for most of my life, and I suppose my songs are somewhat informed by the diversity of places and people I have experienced. I came to the Skagit Valley after spending nine years as part of the rich, diverse songwriting community in East Nashville, Tennessee. In that time I gained the widespread respect of my peers, and had the opportunity to play in a lot of the most beloved music venues in town. If you are a fan of soulful, intelligent, lyric driven songs, come out!
